Close on sixty and a pretty tired dawg (but so happy)

Turkeys

58 actually - she slept for 2 days afterwards - barely stuck her head out the kennel. Ended up with just under 40 kg of breast meat which we made into salami and sausage. Its becoming a bit of an annual event and we seem to be just keeping up with the supply :) It gets a bit interesting dodging the bulls though. It's on a beef and sheep block a couple of k's over the back from my place.

Almost takes longer to breast them than it does to shoot them - oh and a big hole is needed too.
